INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
The conference venue is Silken Al-Andalus Hotel at La Palmera Avenue. The exhibition dates are 8-10 June, 2016. The exhibition area is composed of 20 stands of 6 m2 (3 m x 2 m) and 11 spaces for a table and two chairs. It is located on the same floor of the conference rooms and coffee will be served at the sponsors/exhibition area during the coffee break.
Companies willing to exhibit are welcome to fill in the booking application form. The exhibitor contract will be sent after receiving the application form.

The exhibitor will receive:
- Two registrations for the conference, including lunches and coffees. Dinner cards for conference dinner are available for 100 € (Please note that all additional exhibitors need to pay regular registration fees).
- A list of all exhibitors will be published.
- Price per stand of 6 m2 is 4,000 €. All the stands are 6 m2, so the exhibitor interested in more space should pay the price according to the number of needed stands (4,000 € x 1; 2 or 3). The price includes exhibition area, melanin panels with white aluminium structure, fitted carpet, socket, lights on slide, and labelled front with 10 cm. letters, maximum 20 digits, WiFi, a table and two chairs.
