Victoria Barragán works at the Managing Department of the Andalusian eHealth Library.
She is in charge of the statistics of electronic resource usage and presently she is collaborating in a national network which is defining quality indicators for Digital Libraries in Spain.
She is currently interested in Law and she is finishing her Degree in Public Management and Administration at Seville University. She also has studies of Marketing and Commerce but her true focus is citizen service at Public Systems.
