Idoia de Gaminde (Bilbao, Spain, 1959) is Head of the Virtual Health Sciences of the Navarrese Department of Health since 2010, a digital library for the health professionals of the Public Health Care System of Navarre. She has recently been appointed as Head of the Research Innovation and Knowledge Management, within the Policy Health Making, Evaluation, and Knowledge Management Division at the Department of Health In Navarre, Spain.
Idoia holds a degree in Political Sciences and Sociology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain) and a MSc in Sociology with special reference to Medicine (University of London, UK).
She has been working for the past 25 years within the policy health making unit of the Navarrese Department of Health.
