Master on eLearning and Social Media by La Rioja International University. Degree in Tourism by the Distant Learning National Education University (UNED).
He has been in charge of the Hospital Juan Ramon Jimenez Library since 1993, and also works for the Andalusian eHealth Library at the Department of Projects and Communication, being in charge of several tools as OpenURL, SFX and 360Link. He is also the coordinator of the Subject Areas.
Teacher at the University of Huelva for the Masters in Methods of Health Science Research, Autoinmune Diseases and Nursing Sciences, he is co-author of several medical review articles, as well as some other presentations at medical conferences.
He created and manages the Web for leaning: capacitaenred.net, comprehensive consultancy at eLearning, Huelva (Sevilla).
Member of the NGO called Ibermed, physicians with Iberoamerica, being coordinator of the project “Tonatiuh”, a Health Sciences Library at La Antigua, Guatemala, providing conferences on bibliographical MBE searches.
