SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 

HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR?
Companies willing to sponsor are welcome to make a contract with the Organizer of EAHIL 2010 Conference (APDIS – Associação Portuguesa de Documentação e Informação de Saúde). 
There are ample opportunities for Company sponsorship. In addition to participate as a platinum, gold or silver sponsor we have listed below the events, items and advertisements that we offer for separate or additional sponsorship (see Individual Sponsorship packages).
 
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP: 8 000 EUR 
For sponsorship of a Conference event or item 8000 Euro the following benefits will be given: 
  • One exhibition booth area of 12 m2; without any structures and equipment;
  • Priority in allocation of exhibition space; 
  • Sponsor supplied logo sign (size: 3m x 1m) displayed at the conference room; 
  • 20 min presentation of your company products during the conference session; 
  • Possibility of organizing product presentation/training session (30min) in one of the meeting rooms, without extra cost;
  • Placement of some additional company promotional materials in the conference bags; 
  • One full page advertisement in the final programme; 
  • One full page advertisement in the book of abstracts; 
  • Company name and logo on conference web page and link to company www site; 
  • Two full conference registrations; including lunches, coffees, welcome cocktail and gala dinner.
GOLD SPONSORSHIP: 6 000 EUR 
For sponsorship of a Conference event or item with 6000 Euro the following benefits will be given: 
  • One exhibition booth area of  9 m2; without any structures and equipment; 
  • Priority in allocation of exhibition space;
  • Sponsor supplied logo sign (size: 2m x 1m) displayed at the conference room;
  • 15 min presentation of your company products during conference session;
  • Possibility of organizing product presentation (30 min) in one of the meeting rooms, without extra cost; 
  • One half page advertisement in the final programme; 
  • Company name and logo on conference web page; 
  • Two full conference registrations; including lunches, coffees, welcome cocktail and gala dinner.
SILVER SPONSORSHIP: 4 000 EUR 
For sponsorship of a Conference event or item with 4000 Euro the following benefits will be given: 
  • One exhibition booth area of 6 m2; without any structures and equipment; 
  • Priority in allocation of exhibition space;  
  • 10 min presentation of your company products during conference session; 
  • Possibility of organizing product presentation (30 min) in one of the meeting rooms, without extra cost; 
  • Company name and logo on conference web page; 
  • Two full conference registrations; including lunches, coffees, welcome cocktail and gala dinner. 
INDIVIDUAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES: 
If you prefer to sponsor a part or a whole specific item or event, please, find below a tentative list as extracts from our budget. Allocation of events to sponsors will be on a first-come, first served, basis, and until the contract of sponsorship is made, nothing will be finalized.

As an item or event sponsor, your company's name and logo will appear along with the event or item your company has sponsored, as well as in the conference binder, conference site and conference web page. 
 
ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE FINAL PROGRAMME & THE BOOK OF ABSTRACTS: 
  • Inside front cover color 1500 EUR 
  • Inside rear cover color 1500 EUR 
  • Interior part color 1000 EUR 
  • Interior part black & white 750 EUR 
TERMS OF PAYMENT 
  • Having received the sponsorship contract not later than 15th March 2010, the conference office will send an invoice on behalf of EAHIL 2010 Conference for the total payment as well as an exhibition floor plan. 
  • The contract is valid after the payment has been received not later than 1st of April 2010.
  • The organizers have the right to allocate the exhibition space reserved to another sponsor/exhibitor should payment not be received by that date. 
CONFIRMATION AND DETAILED INFORMATION
The conference office will confirm the sponsorship reservations and send detailed information with exhibition instructions to the sponsors by the end of April 2010.  
 
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If cancellation has been made by 23rd April 2010, 50 % of the sponsorship fee will be refunded. After that date no refund will be made. 
 
FORCE MAJEURE
If the sponsorship reservations have to be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen events, or general “force majeure”, no claim for compensation can be made against the organizer.
