Getting here

Flying

If you’re coming from overseas, the nearest airports are either Cardiff Airport, or Bristol Airport. For international visitors, London is served by four major airports or you can fly to Manchester or Birmingham. If you are coming from the USA and would like to avoid travelling in to London the options available to you are:

  • to fly into Dublin, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and take connecting flights to Cardiff
  • to fly into Birmingham and take the train to Cardiff

Each website has further information on getting from the airport to the city centre but generally you can either use National Express Coaches or National Rail.

Rail

Cardiff Central can be reached by all major cities. For details of train times and to book tickets please see National Rail.

Coach

As with the railway, Cardiff can be reached by coach from all of the major cities. For times and to book tickets please see National Express or Megabus.

By Car

Further information on parking can be found here.

Local Buses

Cardiff is served by an excellent bus network. You will likely be staying in the city centre within walking distance of the venue but if all the conference-ing tires you out, local bus information can be found on the Cardiff Bus website.

Visa information

You can find visa information on the gov.uk website.
