 Sponsorship Opportunities

There are different opportunities for company sponsorship.

Gold Sponsorship: 10.000 EUR
For Gold Sponsorship of the Workshop, the following benefits will be given:

  • One exhibition booth area of 12 m2
  • Priority in allocation of exhibition space
  • 20 minutes presentation of the company products during the workshop session
  • Possibility of organizing product presentation/training session (30 minutes) in one of the meeting rooms, without extra cost
  • Placement of some additional company promotional materials in the workshop bags
  • One full page advertisement in the Program Book
  • Company name and logo on the Workshop website with a link to company website
  • Four full workshop registrations; including lunches, coffees, Welcome Dinner and Gala Dinner

Silver Sponsorship: 6 000 EUR
For Silver Sponsorship of the Workshop, the following benefits will be given:

  • One exhibition booth area of 6 m2
  • Priority in allocation of exhibition space
  • 15 minutes presentation of the company products during workshop session
  • Possibility of organizing product presentation (30 minutes) in one of the meeting rooms, without extra cost
  • One half page advertisement in the Program Book
  • Company name and logo on the Workshop website with a link to company website
  • Two full workshop registrations; including lunches, coffees, Welcome Dinner and Gala Dinner.

 

Individual Sponsorship Packages

If companies prefer to sponsor a part or a whole specific item or event, they should contact with the Organizers for the details. Allocation of events to sponsors will be on a ‘first-come, first served’ basis, and until the Booking Application Form will be filled, nothing will be finalized.

 

Booking Applications

Bookings must be made through the Booking Application Form, and the Form must be faxed or posted to the Organizers. On completion and submission of the Form, a subsequent notification of acceptance will be sent by the Organizers.

 

Payment

Payments must be sent by wire transfer to below account number. Credit card payments or payments by check will not be accepted. Applicants must send receipt of payment by fax to +90-212-338 13 21.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of making your booking. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after 29 April 2011. No refunds will be given after 1 June 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing: eahil2011_sponsor@ku.edu.tr

General Conditions

  • The Organizers will be responsible at all times for the control of the exhibition area.
  • Security will be provided at the absolute discretion of the Organizers but they cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur.
  • The Exhibitor is responsible for their materials, equipment and other possessions as well as for the supervision of their promotional activities and their employees, contractors, suppliers and agents.
  • All Exhibitors are advised to adequately insure against all their liabilities. The Exhibitor agrees and undertakes to secure his own insurance to cover all other liabilities and risks including personal, public and product liability claims.
  • Badges must be worn at all times by the Exhibitor and his staff whilst in the venue and in all other areas within the full control of the Organisers for the duration of the Event.
  • The Exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that its stand is maintained in a clean and orderly state. No storage space is available in the Hall and the Exhibitor must ensure that all packing materials and empty cartons are removed from the premises before the opening of the Exhibition.
  • The Exhibitor must conform to the regulations and conditions concerning explosive and dangerous materials. Any materials/exhibits not approved by the Organizers must be removed from the venue.
  • If the exhibition has to be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen events, or general force majeure, no claim for compensation can be made against the Organizer.

All boxes must be marked as EAHIL Stand Materials, and the Company Name must also be written on the boxes in capital and bold letters. The Organizers are not responsible for custom clearance and any other payment.
