For Exhibitors
The exhibition venue is located in the entrance hall of the Koç University Sevgi Gönül Auditorium. All exhibitors will receive:
- Two full workshop registrations; including lunches, coffees, Welcome Dinner and Gala Dinner. Please remember that any extra participant in the exhibition have to pay full registration which is 325 EUR.
- Company name will be listed at the Workshop website and Program Book

Exhibition Space & Price
The fully furnish stand include 3m x 2m floor space, one table and table cloth, two chairs, waste basket, wireless internet access and power socket. The price per stand is 3000 EUR
Stand space will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The Organizers reserve the right to change the location of stands for reasons outside their control.
Booking Applications
Bookings must be made through the Booking Application Form and the Form must be faxed or posted to the Organizers. On completion and submission of the Form, a subsequent notification of acceptance will be sent by the Organizers.
Payment
Payment in full must be sent by wire transfer to below account number. Credit card payments or payments by check will not be accepted. Exhibitors must send receipt of their payment by fax to +90-212-338 13 21.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of making your booking. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after 29 April 2011. No refunds will be given after 1 June 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing: eahil2011_sponsor@ku.edu.tr
General Conditions
All exhibition materials must be sent to the following name and address:
- The Organizers will be responsible at all times for the control of the exhibition area.
- Security will be provided at the absolute discretion of the Organizers but they cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur.
- The Exhibitors are responsible for their materials, equipment and other possessions as well as for the supervision of their promotional activities and their employees, contractors, suppliers and agents.
- All Exhibitors are advised to adequately insure against all their liabilities. The Exhibitor agrees and undertakes to secure his/her own insurance to cover all other liabilities and risks including personal, public and product liability claims.
- Badges must be worn at all times by the Exhibitor and his/her staff whilst in the venue and in all other areas within the full control of the Organizers for the duration of the event.
- All Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their stand is maintained in a clean and orderly state. No storage space is available in the Hall and the Exhibitor must ensure that all packing materials and empty cartons are removed from the premises before the opening of the Exhibition.
- The Exhibitor must conform to the regulations and conditions concerning explosive and dangerous materials. Any materials/exhibits not approved by the Organizers must be removed from the venue.
- If the exhibition has to be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen events, or general force majeure, no claim for compensation can be made against the Organizer.
