Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in the Workshop. Online registration was closed. You may still register at the Registration Desk, located at the Sevgi Gönül Auditorium (Conference Hall), on 5-8 July 2011.

Important Dates
  Abstract submissions begins: 1   September 2010
  Deadline for submissions: 14 November 2010
  Notification of acceptance/ rejection: 31 December 2010
  Deadline for confirmation of author participation: 31 January 2011
  Deadline for submission of accepted presentations in full text: 30 April 2011
     
  Early registration begins: 1   April 2011
  Deadline for early registration: 2   May 2011
  Last day of registration: 17 June 2011

Registration Fee

  • 325 EUR Registration fee
  • 375 EUR Late registration fee (after 2 May 2011)
  • 200 EUR Registration fee for accompanying person

The registration fee covers:

  • Name badge
  • Workshop bag
  • Workshop documentation
  • Admission to all sessions
  • Admission to exhibition
  • Welcome dinner
  • Gala dinner
  • Professional visits to libraries
  • Lunches & tea/coffee breaks

The registration fee for accompanying person covers:

  • Name badge
  • Welcome dinner
  • Gala dinner
  • Half day city tour

The registration fee does not include insurance cover for participants.

Important Notice:

Registration Cancellation Note:  Please note that cancellations will only be accepted until 24 June 2011. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will only be given after deducting 80,00 EUR as service charge after the workshop ends.
The Organizing Committee requires the delegate to pay the full amount calculated on the form. Any bank transfer fees that occur are at the responsibility of the sender. Any cut observed from the full amount will be asked to be compensated by the sender.
Please note that Turkey is outside the Euro zone. The credit card transactions need to be done in Turkish Lira due to Turkish Government’s banking regulations. The full amount for your registration will be converted into Turkish Lira according to the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Exchange Rates at http://www.tcmb.gov.tr/kurlar/201105/May.html. The reflection of this conversion to Turkish Lira and the re-conversion to Euro by your bank can be a fee on your credit card statement.
