To guarantee your hotel reservation a deposit of one night’s room rate is required. We are unable to accept reservations without a deposit as a guarantee. The deposit should be paid together with registration payments. Your deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and will then automatically be deducted from your hotel bill at the end of your stay. Your hotel reservation will be confirmed when Congreszon hasreceived the deposit. The hotels are listed here according to their distance from the Conference venue.
