Accommodation
All
the delegates will be accommodated at the same hotel and take their
meals together. This particular kind of arrangement has been chosen to
give everyone the opportunity to get to know each other better, and in
this way, to strengthen the European library network. Some of the
sessions are aimed at co-operation through the “walk and talk"
method, so that professional interaction can be combined with fresh air
in attractive surroundings.
Conference fee coverage
The conference fee (NOK 5000) will cover the entire arrangement, including all
meals, hotel accommodation and the social programme. Everyone is offered
single room. There is no difference in the price between single and
double room, because we have a full board and lodging offer. We hope you
all will appreciate having your own room.
Participants with an accompanying person will of course get a double
room.
After some requests from the participants, the registration fee (NOK
3000) and the
hotel expenses (NOK 2000) will be specified on your invoice.
Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be in writing, fax or e-mail to Thue
& Selvaag Forum AS.
The
refund will be returned after the congress as follows:
- Cancellation before 20 May 2003, 100% refund minus NOK 500
- Cancellation after 20 May 2003, 50% refund
- Cancellation after 18 June, no refund
