The choice of our invited speakers and their topics for presentation are in the hands of the organising committee.
We have also received three abstracts from EAHIL members. Topics are appealing and reflect the wide interests in our field. As soon as the program is finalised, we will diffuse it through the newsletter and electronically.

We really hope in a large presence of the members of our group because we plan a meeting in London.....

We trust this event will be a new starting point for the PhInG. Therefore before defining an agenda, we need some basic information :

• an updated identification of our group (name, affiliation, e-mail)
• a characterisation of our members (roles, key interests)
• wants (our professional desiderata)
• needs (our perceived needs)

We are planning two actions : the first one is very traditional and foresees a concise questionnaire to catch the present situation, the second one is a fairly "impossible mission" to find from now a personal involvement of our members in defining the agenda of the London meeting. Sharing our problems will help all of us to find ideas and solutions.

At least three points are already defined in the agenda :

• the election of the PhInG President
• future programs
• .... and a social event (at least a dinner !)
