Slidecasts "Web 2.0 and Health Information" Workshop now available online. Print E-mail

Missed the continuing education workshop "Web 2.0 and Health Information" of Chris Mavergames? No problem: the 2 presentations are now available online on Slideshare (see here).

Chris Mavergames, with a longstanding experience in the field of information and library science and currently the Web Operation Manager/Information Architect for the Cochrane Collaboration, really held an inspiring Web 2.0 workshop in the Berkeley Library of Trinity College on Tuesday. 

 

The workshop took approximately 3 hours and consisted of two presentations, followed by short Q&A's and an open forum afterwards.

The presentations:

  • "Web 2.0 and Health Information" (see slidecast here)
  • A case study of the experiences of implementing and using these technologies in a large, non-profit organization (Cochrane Collaboration). (see slidecast here)
