CANCELLATIONS
All amendments or cancellations regarding your hotel reservation should be submitted in writing to Natura Travel.
  • until the 30th of June the penalty will be the first night's accomodation plus the bank reimbursement fee;
  • until the 30th of July the penalty will be 50% of the total amount plus the bank reimbursement fee;
  • after the 30th of July no refund is possible.
