Hospital de León is the present name of the producing institution of the documentation. Results of the fusion among the Hospital Princesa Sofía(1972-1997) and the Residencia Virgen Blanca(1968-1997). The most remote antecedent one must seek it in the Hospital de San Antonio Abad, based on 1084 by Mr. Pelayo, bishop of the diocese of León. Of this dilated career results a documentary volume of 462.000 clinical histories (HC).
Objective:
· to Identify and to describe the file by means of the norm ISAD (G);
· to Study the phases of file established from 1997;
· to Evaluate the efficacy of the system.
Methodology: After the revision of the bibliography existing the data will be processed already collected on the file, such as: chart, archivist history, forms of income of the documentation, reach and content, appraisal, selection and elimination, organization, conditions of access and use and documentation associated. In a third moment applied the parameters of the style of them proposed by the program Conquest 2.0 or by Dr. Miguel Angel Asenjo, among others, to evaluate flows and circuits of circulation of the documentation.
Conclusions: can be extracted many, to way of summary the main are:
1. Income in continuous direct transfer;
2. Existence of 2 phases of file and 3 of the vital cycle of the documents;
3. Not proposed official exists of elimination;
4. Adequate control of the duplicates;
5. Instruments of description with facility of management success;
6. Processing of the exitus;
7. Service of more than 3.000 HC daily.
