Internet by itself is making a revolution for any health professionals or final users. Electronic revolution means a very important change in the librarians’ role: the librarians as users trainers. Because we have realized that our final users have problems to work with the new electronic tools, we have prepared the training that we will describe below. The most relevant search engines find thousands of websites with scientific information, books, journals or articles. But, how could Internet users know the best way to accede without any map or indication? For the final user, the point is not to find information in the net, but relevant information. We had bear in mind the different specialties of our final users, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, etc. to prepare the training. Our main goal was that our customers were able to work with electronic tools like Pubmed, Google, Fisterra, etc, with efficacy. We provided that training with the mentioned online courses by teaching to be effective within the Internet multiple capabilities. The training has two versions: online courses or cdrom. The system should guide the users through an obedient virtual professor, available at any time, marking their own rhythm and customized needs.

Finnaly, a small survey was felt by the users in order to test their opinion.

This article describes and analyzes the training evolution, and its results after an experience of two years.
