There's a short biography of Nepomuk in the book titled  Szinnyei's Magyar irok élete és munkái volume,4th page 614.
He was a physician, the owner of the bath and a knight of the Franz Josef Order.
He was born in Pest in 1818. He finished his studies in 1841 in Vienna. Other establishments designed by him were the Baden-Baden spa on Margareten Island and the Römer-bad in Vienna. He died February 9, 1888, in Pest.
